“Hi, We had a great stay in Apartmentos Alcazaba. It is in a wonderful location right in middle of square, very central for visiting Malaga. The Apartments were very comfortable, superbly clean & had everything we needed. It was lovely to look out over the square and feel the buzz of this wonderful place. Everything was within walking distance- we would highly recommend and will definitely come back again..our hosts Marisa & Pablo were very helpful when required. Thank you.”

“I had the most wonderful stay at Apartamentos Alcazaba in Málaga! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Alcazaba and a short walk to everything you want to explore in the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to a fully equipped kitchen. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were so friendly and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. If you're visiting Málaga, I can't recommend this place enough. It made my trip truly memorable, and I’ll definitely be back!”

“Central & clean, but check-in and noice issues. We stayed at the Airbnb Apartamentos Alcazaba Place the la Merced 21 starting 7th April until 14th April 2026. The location is truly excellent - everything in Malaga center is walkable from here, Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, and all the restaurants are just minutes away. The appartment itself was very clean and well organized. However, check-in after a long journey was difficult. The stairwell was very dark and it was unclear which appartement was ours. The key lockboxes have small, faded numbers and I had to use my phone flashlight to read them. With two boxes next to each other, it was confusing which one to use. A kind resident from the building had to help us get in. The "balcony" turned out to be only a Juliet balcony. From our window we looked directly onto a fenced-off construction site (see photo), and the street noise was significant. Several terraces below stayed open late into the night. The two-layer shutters were also very difficult to close and rattled in the wind at night, which made it hard to sleep. We would not book the appartement again, partly because we are older and prefer quieter locations. But for younger travellers who prioritize a central, clean base and do not mind city noise, it could work fine.”

“The best location in Malaga city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments, they are in the heart of Malaga overlooking one of the best plazas. The accommodation was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Communication was easy, I can highly recommend these apartments.”
